"Hit maker Scott Storch won't be flat ass broke for long ... not if Rick Ross, Chris Brown, and Tyga have anything to say about it -- according to Scott, they're his meal ticket out of bankruptcy.

Storch tells TMZ ... he’s already recorded hot tracks that'll have him back in the black as soon as late summer when Brown's album comes out. Storch says it features a collab he produced for Chris and Tyga.

He's confident he can return to his heyday of the 2000s ... when he made smashes like "Cry Me a River" and "Fighter."

The new hits can't come soon enough -- TMZ broke story ... Storch blew $70 mil, and now says he's down to $100 in cash. As for the drug problems that cost him a huge chunk of money -- Scott claims he hasn’t done coke in 2 years.

He has a new record label too called CCS, and he's already signed R&B singer Mario.

Bobby Kristinia's estate filed $40 Million lawsuit against boyfriend Nick Gordon! Say he stole $11,00 & beat her up!

"Bobbi Kristina was the victim of a nefarious plot by her boyfriend Nick Gordon, who secretly stole cash from her Whitney Houston inheritance, and physically abused her ... according to Bobbi's conservator.

Bobbi Kristina's estate filed a $40 million lawsuit against Gordon on Wednesday ... accusing Gordon of regularly transferring funds from her account to his account, including $11,000 AFTER she'd fallen into the coma.

The docs also say Gordon was beating Bobbi Kristina, and on one occasion dragged "her upstairs by her hair." He also allegedly punched her in the face and knocked out a front tooth.

Bobbi Kristina intended to reveal the abuse she was suffering to a close friend. According to the docs, she had set up a time to meet that friend on Jan. 31 ... but she never made it.

Instead, Bobbi Kristina was found face down in her bathtub that morning with a swollen mouth and another tooth knocked out. The lawsuit doesn't squarely blame Gordon for those injuries, but it strongly hints at it -- and as we've reported ... police have been investigating Nick.

The suit was filed by Bedelia Hargrove -- who the court appointed in May ... as conservator over Bobbi Kristina's financial affairs. "

"Claudia Jordan got caught smack in the middle of a massive pileup Wednesday in Atlanta ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Jordan was driving on Interstate 20 when 2 cars in front of her wrecked -- she hit the brakes ... and then got rear-ended by 2 cars behind her. When the dominoes stopped ... a total of 6 cars were involved.

Our sources say Jordan was able to drive herself to the hospital ... and doctors say she escaped with a bad case of whiplash.

Not a great week for Claudia -- she just got word she was booted from "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

"Rapper Rick Ross is behind bars once again after being arrested for the second time this month ... and the situation seems way worse than a simple pot bust.

The U.S. Marshals Service tells TMZ ... Ross was arrested Wednesday morning in Fayette County, Georgia and charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery.

The incident in question happened about two weeks ago, according to the Marshals, and it involved a confrontation between Ross and a man doing work at one of his homes (which was previously owned by Evander Holyfield).

Law enforcement sources tell us the assault charge is for a pistol-whipping, and the kidnapping charge is because the man was allegedly not allowed to leave the house.

Ross was picked up at his main residence, along with his bodyguard, and arrested without incident.

We're told the Marshals were contacted a couple of days ago by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department to assist in the arrest. The Marshals typically assist in high profile and dangerous warrants.

Since Ross travels a lot, the Marshals gathered information about his movements over the course of the past couple of days and decided Wednesday morning at his home was the safest time for the bust.

Two weeks ago, Ross was busted for misdemeanor possession of marijuana, also in Fayette County. "
