Quavo is one of the most POPULAR young rappers, and he's DEFINITELY cuter than Rick Ross. But he sure ain't got DEEP POCKETS like the BAWSE does.

Rick and Lira were engaged for a minute, twice. They broke up the first time over pics of Lira with other rappers, and reports she was sleeping with other ones too. Rick took her back -- but the reunion didn't last much longer.
