Bobby Womack dead at 70! Legendary R&B singer - songwriter and lead singer of "The Valentino's" will be missed! #RIPBOBBYWOMACK!

Ohio born, R&B singer, songwriter legend Bobby Womack has died! The man who inspired acts such as the Rolling Stones, among others passed away at the tender of age of 70 years young! Despite a recent performance at the Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival he was reportedly plagued with health problems. Including being diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2012, as well as prostate cancer.

His last album, "The Bravest Man In The Universe" debuted in 2012.

Bobby began his career as the lead singer for his families group, "The Valentino's".
