Nicki Minaj Anaconda song Lyrics Review, Recap and Opinion!  (Listen to the track here) - MEET Magazine!

In the Nicki Minaj song titled, "Anaconda" Nicki talks about everything from, A drug dealer named Troy from Detroit who got into shoot outs with the law, to men buying her materialistic things. And of course, her amazing bedroom skills when the lights go out!

Now, with that said, their is an art to making ratchet music sound good! And Nicki is a hood Picasso. She's very very good at it. Honestly, she has a foul mouth and I love it. I just wish that she'd dig deep more often and do more, "meaningful" songs, more often, to balance things out!

As far as the production goes, the beat features samples from one of my favorite 90's Rap records, "Baby Got Back", by Seattle Washington's own, Sir Mix A Lot! Boy I miss that guy! Anyway! Anaconda  including portions of the Baby Got Back beat, as well as some of his vocals from his hit record! Remember the part where Sir Mix A Lot says, "My Anaconda don't want none unless you got buns hun!", well that part is the hook for Nicki's song!

Overall it's a fun record! I give it a 3.5 out of 5.0! Be sure to listen to it and....
