Keri Hilson performs at empty concert hall for $100,000! Singer lashes out at critics & calls herself irrelevant by accident!
On Tuesday, January 13, 2015, Popstar Keri Hilson opened up for Lenny Kravits at the "AT&T Playoff Playlist Live!" concert. Unfortunately, not too many people showed up to see her performance. In fact, it was almost as empty as a Joe Budden concert!

To make matters worse, some of the attendees claim Keri left the stage at one point of the mere 30 minute set for several minutes! She didn't change her costume and their was no explanation for the abrupt exit. Some have speculated she either exited stage left to take a monster shit, or to cry about the concert being as empty as Joseline Hernandez's womb!
A video of her empty concert was posted to the internet, and in true social media fashion, the internet ate her alive! To make matters even worse, she actually responded to the ridiculousness by saying, "I spent my day being ridiculed for getting paid $100,000 in one night, to do what I love 4 years after being publicly relevant. FML."
Now that's just sad! By the way, FML means "fuck my life!"
And did she really just slip up and call herself irrelevant? "4 years after being publicly relevant"
Talk about a Freudian slip!
Keri is a very beautiful and talented singer/songwriter. I would've loved to see her ignore the naysayers as opposed to responding to the foolishness! If anything, she should have quoted what Kimbella from Love and Hip Hop New York said after her fight with Chrissy Lampkin. "Still look pretty!"
Why? Because, her come back was lame. What does money have to do with the undeniable fact that the concert was empty? In fact, she essentially told the concert promoters and the other people who helped to put the event that she was over paid! She bragged about being paid for almost nothing!
Now that's bad business Keri! Stick to being cute, writing hit records, and for God sake let a PR person, a savvy assistant etc. handle talking to the public.
This was a situation that did not warrant any response. It was just the internet being the internet!
However, in the future, be sure to consult a social media expert, or somebody!
