Before answering what is possibly the stupidest question of all time. I just wanted to say that I know that so called "black" people are not "black" and so called "white" people aren't "white. These are made up words that I am using so that I don't confuse anyone with too much reality at one time. Anyway!
Why can't you say Nigger you ask? You can of course say whatever you want! The real question however, is. Why would you want to say it? Because it's your mouth you reply? I totally agree! So here are your guidelines.
If you are a Caucasian that's itching to say, "Nigger". Here are the five most appropriate times for you to use the word.
#1. If you are speeding, and a police officer pulls you over. And the officer is a Caucasian, like you.
Say to the officer, "What do you want officer Nigger?"

#2. If you are at a meeting with your boss and other employees. When it is your turn to speak, point at your boss and blurt out, Mr or Ms. so and so, "you're a Nigger!"

#3. Grandma on her death bed? You know that she is near death? Grab her hand and look into her eyes and passionately say. "Grandma, you are one dead Nigger!"
#4. You decided that you want to get yourself a tattoo? Fine, get your favorite "new" word (as if you don't say it already) NIGGER, tattooed on your tongue or forehead. So we will all know what you are.
And the best usage of the N-word better known as, NIGGER, for a Caucasian is!
#5. When choosing a name for your fugly, big headed newborn, name the little bastard, "Nigger" because you adore the word so much that he/she will be named your favorite word for life. Then you can say shit like "Hey! I told you no more cookies nigger". And "My nigger is going to school for the first time this year! that's my little Nigger! And of course, your scrap books and family portraits will be fun! "My niggers first steps!" "My niggers first words" Look at us at Disney land, me mom and our white daughter, NIGGER!"
