"Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was. People love to call me the fat one but as weird as it sounds I still don't think I would consider myself fat back then. 

Definitely overweight and unhealthy, yes. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out 4 to 5 days a week. We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don't get discouraged and give up. 

Remember it is all about consistency. There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life. My workouts are not all about vanity.

Lupita Nyongo's dress returned in garbage bag! Thief calls TMZ and says Hollywood's fake bullshit!

Lupita Nyong'o's Oscar gown was returned to The London West Hollywood Friday afternoon where it was taken 2 days earlier ... and the thief called TMZ to tell us where it could be found.

A guy called us at around 2:30 PM Friday and said he had taken the dress from Lupita's hotel room after he noticed the door was ajar. He said he and others took 2 pearls off of the dress and took them to the garment district in downtown L.A. ... where we're told they weren't real.

The thief says he decided to take the dress back to the London in a garment bag that was inside a trash bag that he deposited in a 2nd floor bathroom adjacent to a fitness center. 

We contacted the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. and gave them the info. They went over to the hotel and retrieved the bag and they found a garment bag with the dress inside.

Law enforcement says they were told the Calvin Klein dress was worth $150K, but the thief says it's almost worthless. 

The thief told us he returned the bag and called us because he wanted the world to know "Hollywood's fake bulls**t."

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the dress was taken out of Lupita's room at The London West Hollywood. The dress is made of pearls ... 6,000 white Akoya pearls. It's valued at $150,000. 

Our sources say Lupita told cops it was taken from her room sometime between 8 AM and 9 PM Wednesday ... while she was gone. 

We're told there is security footage that cops are looking at that could catch the culprit right in the act.  

12:00 PM PT -- Sheriff's deputies were at The London Thursday morning.  We know they were in the manager's office and we're told they have looked at security footage to determine if they can ID the culprit."

First of all! Congratulations to Drake and thank you to Billboard for this informative report!

I wanted to start off by saying this. anyone who has listened to my YouTube video rants about rap music, or read my blogs and comments on the internet knows I have a huge disdain for most southern rap music.

While they can't even sell mere 50,000 copies in their week in the south, Canadian Artist Drake, once again sold 500,000 copies out of the gate and went "Gold" within a single week. Yet people from Atlanta particularly, as well other places in the south keep falsely claiming, "the south runs things in hip hop!"

This is a huge lie! And the reason why J. Cole just sold 350,000 plus copies in his first week with his third studio album, "2014 Forest Hill Drive" is because Drake and J Cole have something in common.

Their both come from a mixed race background, and J. Cole was born in Germany, while Drake is from Toronto Canada.

They don't feel the pressure to be this false image of masculinity that's been sold to young full blooded so called, "black American" men!

They're not trying to be the toughest guy in the room. They're not trying to
be the biggest drug dealer, gang member, weed smoker, gun toter etc.

In other words, they're relate-able! That's what made Kanye West so big when he put out his music in 2014! The truth is, more teenagers can relate to "Jesus Walks" than they can relate to an album dedicated to shooting people in the face, selling drugs, and living in some filthy, disgusting projects!

Other than subject matter, Drake, Kanye and J. Cole show more emotions in their music than the stereotypical, contrived anger towards nonexistent enemies, and happiness for receiving a check or a blow job that so many other rappers love to embrace and regurgitate!

Don't get me wrong! Drake, Kanye West and J. Cole rap about money and women, but their is a balance there! They have other things to speak about!

They're versatile, just like Tupac, Ludacris, and Jay z! And these more relatable rappers are not scared to be vulnerable. Their not scared to express emotions or admit they cry at times, have experienced deep depression or self doubt!

And that is far more masculine that being a gun toting, drug dealing, illiterate, cooning, sell out clown and thug! Plenty of rappers are a true minstrel character from hell, and the rappers I just named want to be something more than just a mere character! They want to have character as opposed to being one!

And this is what happens when non brown people own the record companies.
But I think I'll save my unfiltered mega rant on that for later!

Congratulations to Drake! I wish you were even more successful!

Reports the Kardashians have scored $100 million from E! for 4 more seasons are NOT true ... they're only getting a measly $80 mil ... TMZ has learned. 

NBCUniversal called the $100 mil story "grossly inaccurate." But our sources connected with the network say the word "grossly" may be grossly inaccurate, because we're told best case scenario they could earn in the $80 million range (with ratings bonuses) for 3 seasons with an option for a 4th.

We're also told the deal is all-encompassing and includes all of the work the family and individuals do for the network.

And get this ... Y chromosomes are personae non gratea for the new deal. We're told Scott Disick has his own deal outside the Kardashians and Rob will only get paid per episode if he ends up on the show at all. As for Bruce -- he'll only look like a double X -- but we're told his X and Y chromosomes are not part of the deal either. 

As for why NBCUniversal put out such an unusual statement ... our sources say they don't want it out there that the cash register drawer opened in a big way, although we're told the original report definitely had over-inflated numbers.

Well, that idea went straight to hell! Some ugly RAW had to ruin all of the fun!

The foul mouthed stalker THOT didn't stop there! She went on to threaten people (see below)
on the posting. Including a referencing to beating someone up "Sharkeisha" style.

Sharkeisha was a low life thugging thot cunt who assaulted a young lady with a sucker punch, then beat her into the ground. She was appropriately named shark-eisha, because she was a vicious animal!

The lonely, bored, stalker, trolling trollop, shit with a smile looking cunt was blocked by Draya!
However, she continued her verbal assault on her ugly Instagram page!

She also posted a picture of her middle finger, like she was doing something!
And this corny photo had the caption,

The cunt even posted a naked photo of Draya (below) but quickly deleted it because she was scared of the backlash!

Draya's fans swooped down and snatched that ugly ass like an eagle, and the bitch had to set her profile to private! Not before I could snap a screen shot though!

She then somehow came back after being blocked by Draya, and posted more attention seeking messages!

She claimed the other commentators were calling her ugly, yet they still eat her pussy!

She also went on to call Draya's fans, "hoes"!

And believe it or not, someone wasted her time trying to rationally reason with this attending whoring bitch!

The reason I made this into a blog article was to expose the fact that mental illness is real out there!

This demon didn't just say her peace and leave. She kept coming back to start more shit. And this is why celebrities and people in general , "flip out" or have a "meltdown", after living under the pressures of being constantly fucked with.

And why do these people do this sort of thing you ask? Because they "can".
Literally, the opportunity is there, so they take it! It's just that simple!

Anyway! The bitch with nothing to do is probably still there talking shit, talking to herself. Who knows?

All I know is, the leader of #Teamlightskin, the queen of the Mixies (Mixed women), as usual, kept it classy, mature and professional! And this is why we love Draya! She's fucking perfect!

Kelly is responding to the firestorm Giuliana sparked with a comment about the Disney star's Oscar look -- which included new dreadlocks. Rancic said she thought Zendaya must smell like patchouli oil or weed. Kathy Griffin joined in on the "weed" comment.

Kelly went off on a Twitter rant, saying ... "I'm giving everyone involved 24 hours to make it right or the world will hear how I really feel." She added she doesn't condone racism and is seriously questioning staying on the show.

Osbourne reminded fans she's friends with Zendaya -- who herself blasted Rancic for making such an "outrageously offensive" stereotypical comment.

It sounds like no one involved is buying Giuliana's claim her remarks "had NOTHING to do with race."

The only thing I disagree with was Princess Z quoting Martin Lucifer King!
The only thing he did for his people was help them to get healthy and fit bodies, including some very muscular calf muscles from all of that power walking, or "marching" as they called it back then!

For the record, I wouldn't have responded the way Zenbaea did!
Sometimes you gotta fight stereotypes with stereotypes!

And currently, white people have no bad, and damaging stereotypes about them!

Still, I would have told the bitch she's crawling with lice and white people have to comb their hair with a tick comb made for regular dogs, that works pretty well on human dogs sometimes.

Sounds pretty fucked up right? I don't give a shit! After what she said, it would be fair game. Fire for fire bitch. I usually say people need to walk away and play nice. But when someone is being blatantly racist, "joking" or not, they've opened the flood gates for the same negative energy. So, let the insult slinging commence!

But I still think she should have NEVER apologized! We know she meant what she said.
Besides, I'd expect for Skeletor to have a fucking back bone anyway!

And for the record, a lot of racist people hide behind the guise of jokes and stereotypes.
They use these "jokes", as a shield to protect them from scrutiny.
When they are eventually called out for being a racist scum bag, they claim they were merely "joking".

Furthermore, at times, they will claim to be the victim as opposed to the aggressor.
Also, at times, they are depicted in the media as the "victim" because they were judged, and faced a negative response for telling an alleged "joke".

I mean, we should all be able to take a joke right?
If it is in fact a joke that is. But how do you prove you were just joking? Oh that's right. Stick figure can always says she fucked a "nigger". Or at least befriended one.

I mean, how can she a racist if she drinks her coffee black and fucks with lights off? Right?

Anyways!

Where do such stereotypes come from? Why do people associate a natural hair do 

such as dreadlocks, with marijuana and patchouli oil?

Stereotypes such as these come from the media, especially movies! In the 90's, movies depicted Jamaicans as dread lock wearing, weed smoking Jamaican fruit bats. Who were given their own day of the week. 

You know? 

Jamaican day? 

MON-day! 

The day of the Mons!

And seeing people depicted in the same light in repetition combined with the fact that many Caucasian people cannot differentiate fantasy from reality, this, "art", because these peoples perception, and becomes "truth". Even though in the real reality, it's all a lie. One big mind trick. 

If that makes any sense!

Here's another example of the media turning mere fiction and fantasy into what some perceive as reality. In the 90's, young, so called, "urban", so called "black men", were depicted in all forms of media, including but not limited to, music, movies, magazines, the nightly news, etc. as baggy jeans and hooded sweat shirts wearing criminals, 

The 90's movies, which were written and directed by Caucasian people, were particularly damaging! They often depicted young brown men holding and shooting guns side ways, and to this very day, 20 years later, from time to time a white supremacist will say something like, "you black men are always shooting each other, and you can't even shoot, you're always missing, you hold the gun sideways"

And I shit you not! I hear a demon from time to time say this!

All because this image was show in repetition so many times, it because a false, "reality" for many viewers!

This is were racial profiling comes from. Irresponsible people in the media attaching negative stigmas to benign things, then showing these concocted images in repetition until the idea sticks, and people believe them, regurgitate them and the victims live them out.
