"Stevie J has no problem paying his child support -- despite facing an indictment for NOT paying more than $1 million worth -- but he says the real problem is how much his kids spend. 

We got the "Love and Hip Hop Atlanta" star in NYC on Tuesday -- shortly after he entered a not guilty plea in federal court for his child support case.Watch the video ... Stevie is remarkably calm for a guy who's facing up to 2 years in prison for allegedly ducking $1.1 mil in support for his 2 kids. He says his confidence comes from knowing the case was dismissed from state court last year ... and thinks he'll get the same result in federal court.

He also talks briefly about his recent court-ordered rehab stint -- but the best part is the gem he drops when we ask if he's up to date on support now: "My kids can go through a check really quick."You gotta see the rest."

In the video (posted below) Stevie J. says the case was thrown out of state court, and the Judge told him that it shouldn't even be in his court room over there in New York!

So, maybe Stevie will escape once again!

And, a Million dollars is a good chunk of change!
I can totally live off of that for 6 months to a year!

Anyway!

I hope Stevie gets it together! I am sure he has a plan though! He always seems to have something
up his sleeve!

According to the most reliable source ever, Media Take Out. Rapper, Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges has been temporarily granted primary custody of his daughter CAI! The mother of his child, Tamika Fuller, allegedly had a compromised mental state, which Luda provided evidence off.

But remember, this is Media Take Outs word, so it's possibly true. I guess? I cannot confirm nor deny these claims! Other news sources outside of Media Take Out claim Ludacris offered Tamika $10,000 to have an abortion. And she thankfully didn't kill the baby!

My opinion is, I hope they get it all together. And take care of their beautiful baby daughter.
Ludacris is one of the greatest to ever do it in the music industry! Now zip it up Luda!

According to TMZ, Australian Rapper Iggy Azalea wont have to worry about her ex boyfriend, husband or whatever he is, from making any money off of her stolen music! Iggy accused Hefe of stealing the music from her Laptop computer.

She told the judge the music was so bad, it's even worse than the music she commercially releases! So, the Judge told Hefe to cut it out! He has no right selling that hot garbage!

On Monday, January 12, 2015 a federal judge issued a preliminary injunction to block him from selling the music! Ouch! He's gonna have to find something else to do to make money now!

According to the worlds most reliable media source, Media Take Out, star of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta season 4, Erica Dixon, has filed a lawsuit against the father of her child, Lil Scrappy for failure to pay child support for their daughter Emani Richardson.

According to the article, Erica went to the Georgia Court system on November 24 2014 and demanded the court find Scrappy, real name Darryl L. Richardson in contempt and put him behind bars!


I guess his payment of $207.50 was just not enough! LOL!

His wife Shelly Sterling won the Authority to sell the team after 2 doctors determined Donald Sterling was mentally incompetent and could not handle the business dealings of his former team! The Judge ruled that she was authorized to make a $2 Billion deal with Steve Ballmer, the ex CEO of Microsoft!
