"Paris Hilton is telling business associates ... she will sue the people responsible for putting her on a plane that appeared to be in crash mode ... just to get a rise out of her.

We're told Paris is furious over the stunt ... in which a TV crew got the pilot to pretend to shut down the engines in her plane, and then nose-dive to the ground. Paris says she was in mortal fear for her life ... something the video pretty clearly shows.

Our sources say she's "totally freaked out" over flying anywhere ... something she's required to constantly do. She's already called her lawyers to find out who's responsible, and they told her she has a solid case for emotional distress.

Paris tells them she had absolutely no clue this was a prank ... she wasn't in on it. She also doesn't believe anyone in her camp was involved.

An Egyptian TV show host engineered the prank as they flew over Dubai.

And Paris says ... it was a lot worse than it looked on video. She says the plane almost hit the water during the dive and then steeply pulled out of the dive, almost doing a loop as it ascended."

"NeNe Leakes is finally hitting the road after 7 seasons on 'RHOA' cause she couldn’t get the big bucks she was looking for ... and now the show’s worried she’s taking the fans with her.

Sources tell TMZ the reason for the NeNe’s change of heart had to do with contract negotiations.

Everyone part of the show is at a loss for words over NeNe’s sudden departure since the show was just about to start filming its new season in the next couple of weeks.

Cast members have been dropping like flies recently but now producers are scrambling because they just lost their queen bee ... and we’re told they’re worried they’ll take a huge hit in the ratings over it.

The show already found a replacement -- actress, model and singer Kim Fields -- but no one can really replace NeNe who was arguably the network’s biggest star.

NeNe is going to be focusing on new projects outside the biz ... one of which is her own clothing store that we reported on before.

Rich Homie Quan turned down BET Awards after temper tantrum! Rapper wasn't allowed to rap on the main stage!

"Rich Homie Quan is main stage or no stage at all ... and that's why you didn't see him at Sunday night's BET Awards.

RHQ was supposed to be on the telecast, but according to our sources ... he showed up to rehearsal Saturday and was told by producers he'd be the headlining act for the red carpet pre-show ... which did not go over well with him.

We're told Quan was pissed, feeling totally disrespected.

Our sources say Quan and his people got into a shouting match with the BET honchos ... and when BET refused to budge, he bailed and went back to Atlanta.

Arenas obviously denied threatening her ... and the judge ultimately ruled there wasn't enough evidence to warrant an emergency restraining order.

Tahiry Jose still hurt 9 months after brutal beating from gay man! Former Love & Hip Hop New York Star suffering in severe pain!

"therealtahiryI've never shared this with you guys. But here it goes! So after I got assaulted 9months ago I haven't been able to workout at all. The closet thing to getting a workout in has been physical therapy. Its been an emotional rollercoaster .

I can barely wear heels. If I do they are for pictures & walking into & out of events. The next day tho I feel it. At times I don't feel my toes and the pain in the back of my left knee at times makes me cry... The back spasms are the worst ever. The tightness in my lower back affects my sleep and even laughing at times is hard. Plane rides are horrendous but I have to work because I have to live & have responsibilities. Over all this journey has & still isn't an easy on!

Today I challenged myself to walk more than the usual out here in #LA ... The Runyon Canyon was on my BUCKET LIST!✔️ I AM A WORKOUT JUNKIE ... So not being able to KILL the gym like I use to KILLS ME! I've since then gained A lot of weight. At times I have felt frustrated & depressed. It's like starting OVER!!!!

Tyga fights with club owner in Switzerland after concert! Kylie Jenner witnessed rapper boyfriend scuffle over bad business!

The following news comes courtesy of TMZ!

"Tyga pissed off a Swiss club owner so much, the guy chased him outside and started a fist fight with the rapper and his entourage ... and Kylie Jenner had a front row seat.

Tyga was scheduled to play a show at Envogue Genève, a club in Geneva, Switzerland. According to our sources, Tyga was supposed to play for an hour ... but he showed up super late and only performed for about 10 minutes.

Tyga left the club around 4 AM and got in his car with Kylie. The enraged owner was hot on Tyga's heels, running out of the club, yelling for Tyga ... a fight then broke out.

At that point Tyga got out of the car to join in the fracas, but an eyewitness says someone in the owner's posse flashed a gun. That was apparently enough for Tyga to make a hasty retreat, leaving his bodyguards behind."
