A maternity lawsuit has been filed in Manhattan New York, by a woman named, Tina Seals!
She claims to be the surrogate mother of Jay z and Beyonce's daughter, Blue Ivy Carter!
Beyonce has previously denied the notion that she used a surrogate mother to give birth to her baby. Claiming that she's not that vain!

Here is my opinion on the matter!
In 2011, Beyonce was allegedly several months pregnant when she walked into a room and sat down for an interview, and her stomach folded like a piece of paper! And thank God their was cameras in the room at the time! So, with a suspect video like that being out there. Who knows!

Anyway, there's no telling yet whether she really gave birth to Blu Ivy or not. But if she didn't I wouldn't be surprised. I just hope that the truth comes out. We all know how great Jay z and Beyonce are at playing the media like a fiddle!
