"Here comes the bride! RadarOnline.com has learned thatKylie Jenner plans to tie the knot withTyga a lot sooner than expected.
“Right now their plan is to get hitched in August,” which is when Jenner will finally turn 18, an insider tells Radar.
Once they are official, Jenner and 25-year-old Tyga want to get a fresh start away from all the drama. “They are making plans to quit LA, for a brand new life away from her family and his baby mamma, Blac Chyna,” notes the insider, revealing that a move to New York City or even Europe are among the possibilities they’ve kicked around.
“Kylie is done with the constant criticism and micro-management from her family, especially Kim, and she’s dead set on going her own way as soon as possible,” adds the insider.
As Radar reported, Jenner was recently spotted sporting a suspicious ringon her left hand as she and pal Pia Mia left Tyga’s Hooray Henry’s nightclub performance in L.A."

Perhaps most fascinating are the terms of Apple Music’s initial
three-month trial, during which users can access its entire platform for
free. During this time span, rights owners will receive 0% royalties.
Yes, as in zero.
The actual language of the contract reads, “For Trial Users, and for
Comp Accounts that iTunes provides on a gratis basis, no license or
royalty fees, including Fees, will be due to Company.”
In laymen’s terms, this clause would essentially mean any artist who
releases new music between June 30th (Apple Music’s launch date) and
September 30th — which will no doubt be among the most popular records
streamed on Apple Music — will not be compensated.
Once the trial period is over, Apple will reportedly pay 58% of
subscription revenue to rights holders. The leaked contract does not
specify how much publisher/songwriters will receive, but taking into
account what iTunes pays for digital purchases, it’s likely that number
is around 12%. Meaning, Apple’s 70% payout rate would be on par with its
chief rival, Spotify’s.
Nevertheless, The New York Times
reports that two states have launched investigations to see whether any
anti-trust laws were broken in Apple’s dealings with major labels.
Attorney generals in New York and Connecticut want to know whether Apple
conspired with these labels to withdraw support for Spotify’s “freemium” service in favor of Apple’s model."

"LYNCHBURG, Tenn. — Authorities say a country music singer has been killed in a gunfight with a bounty hunter trying to detain him. Several media outlets report the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is looking into the Tuesday night shooting of 65-year-old Randy Howard in Lynchburg.
Media report Howard has performed with country music stars Willie Nelson (above, with Howard) and Waylon Jennings. TBI spokesman Josh DeVine says the bounty hunter showed up at Howard’s home to take him into custody for missing a court appearance.
Devine said Howard opened fire, the bounty hunter shot back and Howard was killed. DeVine said the bounty hunter was trying to detain Howard on a warrant charging him with fourth-offense DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm while intoxicated and driving on a revoked license."
