I've always been open about my surgeries but this time around I want to show people how to lose weight before surgery . I will no longer drink I will only drink water grilled chicken fruits and vegetables and giving a update on my daily workouts my feelings the criticism I get the ups and also the downs . I'm making this public to the world because a lot of us don't know about the life of plastic surgery and I want to show and teach people to not just depend on that but have a healthy life after my Dr will be@dr_cortes and filing me through out the day will be @yurktv we will make a account just for these episodes about this documentary !
