"Pennsylvania judge Mark Ciavarella Jr. was sentenced to 28 years in prison for a scandal in which he sent thousands of children to private prisons in return for a kickback.
The judge in the “cash for kids” scandal, Ciavarella Jr., was tried and convicted of racketeering charges. Lawyers for the 61-year-old former judge had asked for a “reasonable” sentence, saying the judge had been punished already through his conviction and fall from grace.
“He will forever be unjustly branded as the `Kids for Cash‘ judge,” his lawyer contended.
The Pennsylvania judge had a reputation for his harsh and dictatorial courtroom manner, and for what appeared to be overly strict sentencing. The trial revealed that Ciavarella was more than just a tough judge.
Ciavarella was famously confronted by a mother of one of the children sentenced. While he stood on the courthouse steps addressing the media, Ciavarella was interrupted by a mother whose son was sent to jail in the “cash for kids” scandal.
The boy served a jail sentence and lost his standing at high school, where he was an honor student and wrestler. The boy ended up taking his life.
Ciavarella was sentenced to 28 years and ordered to pay $1.2 million in restitution after being called a “figurehead” in the cash-for-kids scandal. A jury found that he had violated the constitutional rights of the children sentenced, stripping them of the right to legal counsel and to intelligently enter a plea.
“Unfortunately, two judges in Luzerne County have caused unimaginable taint to the laudable efforts of many dedicated individuals,” Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille said, “conduct for which those two judges presently are paying dearly.”
Prosecutors said Mark Ciavarella Jr. and another judge, Michael Conahan, were accused of taking more than $2 million in bribes from the builder of PA Child Care and Western PA Child Care detention centers. They sentenced children as young as 10 to the facilities."

So that still leaves millions of men out there! Then she mentions men
who are in jail. Less than 1% of the adult population of the United States of America
is in jail or prison currently! As for interracial relationships, a "black" man is 9 - 10
times more likely to marry within his race than out. The unemployment
rate for so called, "black" people was about 11 % in 2014!
And from what I read, 32% of "black" men are married.
An even hire percentage of Hispanic, Asian and so called, "white" men are married.
And I haven't heard much complaining coming from Caucasian, Asian or Hispanic
women! Percentage wise, their statistics according this criteria are worse than "black" womens!
Oh, and did I mention, the divorce rate is alleged to be about 50 %! If that's the case, half
of the married men will be single at some point, which temporarily increases the number of available dicks, I mean men even more!
In a nut shell, most so called black men are not married or that very lengthy list of things
she mentioned. And for the record, I am so through with seeing that ridiculous.

"Rick Ross is getting personal in his legal battle with 50 Cent... saying the only reason 50 sued him is to cover up the fact he's just not as famous as he used to be.
As TMZ first reported, 50 sued Ross to cover his own ass in a lawsuit he's facing over a leaked sex tape ... claiming it is Ross' fault the video was posted in the first place ... so Ross should pay, not him.
But Ross -- through his lawyer, Xavier Donaldson -- says 50's only gunning for him in "another attempt to draw attention to his descending entertainment career and one of several desperate, last minute attempts he's made to avoid and deflect legal and financial responsibility for his own actions."
Damn.
Donaldson says he's yet to be served with the suit, but plans to fight it aggressively."
These guys beef is so lame I don't even know when or how it started.
They need to hang it up already. What I do know is that 50 Cent at least
had a good music career and was very relevant once which is far more than
I can say for Officer Ricky!
