Joan Rivers almost DEAD! On Life Support! In COMA! About to die! Stopped Breathing during surgery!
Multiple news outlets are reporting that Joan Rivers was in a medically induced coma after having throat surgery (endoscopy). Right after the procedure began, she stopped breathing, and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital.
According to TMZ, Joan was in critical condition on Friday, August 29, 2014. The article went on to say that her heart stopped beating, and they weren't sure of whether or not they will be able to restart her heart.

Then, on Sunday August 30, 2014, TMZ had an upsetting news update! Joan is currently completely reliant on machines to survive! And her family has the decision of whether or not to keep her on life support, or unplug her!

All of this news comes just weeks after Joan's infamous video from August 7th, of 2014, where she said that the innocent Palestinian Civilians deserve to be murdered, by the capital of war crimes, Israel!
She also said that they were too poor to even afford a pencil. And if they didn't want to die, they should have fled Palestine! Furthermore, she went on to say that the dead Civilians, including children have Low IQ's!
And as we all know, it is the Hallmark of the racist, Anti Semitic crowd to attack the finances and intelligence of a group when critiquing and condemning them.
