Kenneth Rowe, 26, of Florida, walked into Shark Lounge Liquor in Daytona Beach looking for a stranger to baby sit his 11 month old! The drunk needed to go to the Shark Lounge Genteleman's club! (Housed in the same building) Booze and boobs baby, will get em every time!
So he did what ever good daddy does. He left the baby with a clerk at the liquor store! The child who was said to have a rash on it's face was unharmed and when police arrived, Kenneth Rowe was arrested and charged with child neglect!
